Im happy with these chairs for the price. They were easy to assemble, and the cushions are comfortable. The cushions can also be removed (with the right tools) if you want to add your own cushion covers, which is a nice bonus. My only complaints are that the woven rattan material looks and feels a little more like plastic than I expected, and I wish the chair backs were a couple of inches taller. Im 510, and the top of the backrest hits a few inches below my shoulder blades. If youre shorter, that probably wont be an issue. Overall, though, Im pleased with the purchase.. Kristin. I give this table/chair set 2 stars due to 1) the quality and condition of the pieces received, mostly related to the chairs and 2) the difficulty in assembling. Several pieces arrived chipped or with the wood deformed, making one of the chairs impossible to put together. We had to send this chair back. For several of the other chairs in this set we had to buy a wood pen to color in the chipped areas. It was disappointing to buy a new table set and have it look like it had been used. Separately, assembly took awhile to figure out as none of the individual pieces were labeled and the diagram did not show accurate renderings of the pieces. This led to many stops and re-dos before we finally got it right. Overall I would question the quality control on this product and would neither purchase again nor recommend.. Anonymous.
