Chair arrived today - was an open box item so I was a bit nervous but the price was terrific! And I am thrilled with the chair! I needed it for a guest bedroom in our beach house. Even though it is technically a dining chair it works great as a spot for guests to sit down in their bedroom, shoes on/off, etc. The size is perfect for the corner I wanted to put it.
