Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! So far they have been used for a few days and are comfortable and seem sturdy. I also want to specify that I chose these chairs because the legs fold completely and the chair folds ( not completely in half but close to it) making them much easier to store for the winter.. I have had these chairs before. This is the top of the line. The chair is usually nylon. This one has a plush soft cushion from head to toe. A lot of the reviews said they were hard to assemble so I paid for the Wayfair assembler and they came out great. We got 3 of these for our back porch and there are very comfortable.
