No cable pullslevers to deal with or fix when they snap. The cushions are VERY comfortable. Feels like my indoor recliner and it doesn’t bottom out when a heavy person sits in it. Good back support. It will lay all the way back, but it wants to pull back up, which is annoying. A lot of the reviews said they were hard to assemble so I paid for the Wayfair assembler and they came out great. We got 3 of these for our back porch and there are very comfortable. This wonderful purchase will allow me to enjoy my firepit much more. The one-piece cushion is rather thin but is quite comfortable. My favorite characteristic is that it reclines to where you are nearly horizontal, and you can stop the recline in any position. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that there is no way to secure the cushion to the wicker. Nice looking and comfortable height but challenging and time consuming to assemble. Well packaged, everything was there even though mine was an "open box". It looked like someone opened the box, saw all the pieces and parts and put the lid back on. Plan on 4-5 hours and have a helper available. Have something that measures in metric because all the screws and bolts are that type. Pay attention to the difference between a "stepped" and "oblate" head of a bolt. To the manufacturer- please label the screw and bolt packages just like the other parts. I'm happy with them and my wife commented how nice they look but take your time with the assembly.. Dave. These chairs are going to be so great for summer nights in the patio!!! They recline and are so comfortable! I had some issues with assembly as none of the pieces weee labeled and the screws weren’t easy to tell apart so it took some trial and error to out together!
