It looks great and overall works well. I’ve had the shower tower installed for 2 years and it still works great. However, my primary reason for this particular unit was to allow me to run at least 2 of the shower elements at the same time. When we received the shower spa, there is a dent in the steel framing on the back side, luckily it isn't visible from the front (great customer service from wayfair as well). It doesn't impact the functionality at all. Once installed it truly does make your shower feel like a spa!! Water will splash absolutely everywhere with the body jets, but it's a really fun feature and super luxurious for a masterbathroom!
