This couch is so cute and fits perfect in my little apartment!! If anyone is wondering, this couch came in 6 boxes total, each box was 40-50 lbs with the heaviest weighing over 65lbs. The only complaint I have is with the directions. They listed a part that was apparently needed, but through reading the instructions on how to put the couch together, it turns out that it wasn’t needed at all and was just a ghost part lol. Abbi. We got this couch a couple months ago and so far like it a lot! The most important thing to note is that the depth is not as deep as most living room couches. It's also quite firm (which we like). It's more like a waiting room furniture than living room, but we love the clean look and the support. It's great that all the pieces are interchangeable, rotating them will help reduce wear.. Every seat features our Chenille Cloud construction: a deep, sink‑in down‑blend cushion wrapped in soft, pilling‑resistant chenille fabric. Ottomans lift for hidden storage – perfect for blankets and toys. Assembly is tool‑free: U‑brackets snap together by hand in minutes. All cushion covers zip off for machine washing. Wide armrests double as a nap pillow. Expand or reconfigure anytime.

We purchased the light grey loveseat for our loft space and have been very happy with it. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, I was really happy with the fabric. So many couches lately seem to have a heavier plush or corduroy-style texture, which wasn’t what I wanted. This chenille looks just like it did online and has a soft, cozy feel without that bulky texture. The couch itself is very comfortable, and the white plush pillows that came with it are both cute and surprisingly comfortable. We added a few of our own pillows, and it fits our loft space really well. We haven’t needed to wash the covers yet, but I really like that they unzip and can be machine washed, especially since we have a dog who occasionally decides the furniture is his when we aren’t looking. Overall, it was easy to put together, comfortable, and the light grey fabric and color were exactly what I was hoping for.. Robin. Frederick, MD. Fri Aug 21 2026

Three matching back cushions complete the set, adding a cozy finishing touch.

Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Mon Jul 27 2026
