Better than expected! I have 2 large football player sons and it’s sturdy, comfy, large/deep seats, and longer than my old couch which was the same style/size. I like the low profile back and arms, it keeps the open concept I enjoy. They can each lay on each end and I like to snuggle up with a throw in the corner with a cup of coffee. The seat depth lists 18.9” but it’s really closer to 20” (see photos) the storage is nice but the wooden slats have to be removed if you want to access storage. Other than that it’s very nice. The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang. (Update) After 5-6 weeks of owning, the back piece on the chaise side broke and now can't be leaned on/doesn't line up with the rest. This happened when leaning back, very gentle/normal use; did not exceed weight capacity. I wasn’t 100 sure when ordering that this was the sofa for us, but in person it has met every requirement! I hope writing this review helps someone else who may be on the fence. The color is beautiful and neutral, and the material feels high end. The extendable backs are cool. During the day we keep it smaller because I prefer the look, but for lounging or movie watching we push them back, it’s easy to do, feel sturdy, and the mechanism works seamlessly. It came with a glue type stain and all the offered was a very low discount and if I wanted a replacement I needed to cover the shipping fee which was not worth it so I have to keep it like that.
