I cannot say enough good things about this sectional! I spent months looking at couches and was extremely hesitant to order one online without sitting on it first. The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. The corduroy fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the couch feels substantial without looking bulky. Having a home with pets, I needed something that could be comfortable and livable while still looking beautiful. This checks all of those boxes. It completely changed the look and feel of our living room and made the whole space feel warmer and more inviting. I’m very picky when it comes to furniture, and I genuinely love everything about this sectional. One of the best purchases we’ve made for our home!. Lindsay. Perrysburg, OH. Wed Aug 12 2026

This couch feels like very nice quality, the cushions are actually soft and comfortable, and they do rise quite a bit. I will say that because it is modular, none of the pieces are actually fixed together, so a piece can move here and there. Super easy fix with velcro, so it isn’t a big deal for me!. Taylor. Beautiful and easy for one person to assemble. SO pleased with the quality, style and speed of delivery at this price point after being disappointed start to finish by the experience (and double the cost) at the in-person store.. Kate. Concord, NH. Wed Sep 16 2026

My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

A built-in console with a cup holder and USB port keeps essentials within reach, and the matching ottoman doubles as an extra seat for effortless entertaining. The six included accent pillows add an extra layer of texture and comfort.

This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. Light, airy, and effortlessly elevated, this 5 piece sectional with track arms creates a calm, welcoming foundation for your living space. The woven chenille fabric in a warm neutral tone brightens the room while adding subtle texture that feels both relaxed and refined. Clean track arms bring a tailored, modern edge, balancing comfort with structure. Designed as part of a modular system, this sectional adapts to your lifestyle; giving you the flexibility to reconfigure, expand, or refresh your layout over time while maintaining a cohesive, thoughtfully styled look.

Overall I am impressed by the durable chenille fabric and the firmness of the cushions. We were looking for a set that would keep its shape well over time and I think these are constructed for that. The Blue color is much lighter in person than the listing photo. It is a warmer cobalt blue instead of the deep dark navy I was hoping for. So I felt a little misled with the listing photos. You can purchase additional seats to elongate the sectional which is nice. The only downside has been that there are some manufacturer issues where the locking systems on three of the chairs are either not correctly installed or missing altogether which means we cannot properly lock all the pieces together for stability. We are still working with wayfair to get this remedied and hoping for a fix soon.. Hannah. Kansas City, MO. Fri Aug 28 2026

The sofa was exactly as advertised. There were a few minor dings in the material, but I’m sure those occurred during transportation, as several of the boxes arrived damaged. You may notice in one of the photos that the console is slightly crooked. This was due to a small hinge pin that had popped out of place during unboxing, but it was an easy fix, and the console now works flawlessly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. 4.5 stars!. Md. Alexandria, VA. Fri Sep 18 2026
