I had a heads up the day before with the expected time to be available. I had a message in the morning of to notify me they were going to be there within an hour. When they showed up, they had all pieces. They showed the couch was in two shipments, but both were on the same truck! They came in set it up took the trash with them. The men who delivered made sure to place it where we needed for the back door to open. They made sure all of the plugs were hooked together, and pulled out properly so we could plug them up, to use the power recline option. It is slightly firm but very comfortable. They were so, so nice. But I must have missed the branding on these (belffin), so they were not compatible with my sofa. They were so soft and plush. I did ultimately return them to my local wayfair outlet store. Stacia. Sumter, SC. Mon May 18 2026

This sectional can be floated in a room for a more traditional look or pushed together to form a cozy sectional that’s perfect for movie night. A rounded silhouette tufted seats and a biscuit back all work with the soft, chenille upholstery to give this sectional an inviting and versatile look that will coordinate with various decor.

I bought an identical sectional from a competitor several years ago. Although I loved it, the chenille fabric easily snagged and started coming apart at the seams within a couple months. Between the splitting fabric and sinking stuffing after the support straps broke on the bottom, it had to be replaced within just four years. I missed the comfort and style of the original and decided to try purchasing more expensive version that seemed to be better quality. The fabric of this one is considerably more resilient, and there have been no issues during the first eight months of use. The comfort is comparable to my original one. I am so happy to have my stylish sectional back!. Kenneth. WI. Tue May 05 2026

This sectional sofa includes a 3-seat sofa with a reversible chaise and storage ottoman. It brings elegant style to your living room and blends well with any home decor. It is constructed with a hardwood frame, the couch is durable to provide long service life, not easy to deform and crack. This Sectional set could be converted to a Left chaise or Right chaise. Besides, there are two optional cup holders designed on the seatback to place cups or drinks.

Got this in navy blue chenille - rich, deep velvety, classy look. Perfect color and size for our living room. All 3 boxes were delivered at once. Took about an hour putting it together. Sturdy reversible (we chose left-facing) sectional, firm yet comfortable. I like that the cupholders can disappear, providing more sitting space. Few reviews mentioned it doesn't really stay together since it's two seperate pieces, but I'll say that happens if there's major movement, like kids bumping against or jumping on it. Was able to solve that problem by tying tightly together the two feet of the sofas where they meet. I'll look for a more permanent, neutral color, rubber tie. But overall, we waited a year to get a sofa and this was the best choice for price, comfort, look and, I'm sure, durability.. Linda. Brooklyn Center, MN. Tue Dec 03 2024

The boxes were fairly light so that had me a little worried prior to opening. Assembly wasn’t bad took me about 2.5 hrs by myself. It’s a good looking sectional after setup and seems comfortable so far. Only time will tell how it holds over time and if the quality remains decent so I can’t give it five stars yet.. Kg. NY.
