The color is as is shown on the website I think the price could be cheaper I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price that they have it priced at maybe should be listed as 300-400 max since it’s not real wood. 5 stars for the bed but unfortunately, the experience took much longer than it should have. Our first delivery arrived incomplete, with only two pieces of wood—more than half of the bed was missing. We had to return it, and a full replacement shipment was sent, which delayed everything, including our assembly (which, of course, we still had to pay for). The new shipment did arrive with all the parts, but we also noticed some chipping and damage on the side. At that point, we decided to keep it because we were tired of going back and forth. This is a really nice bed! Beautiful design, excellent engineering, very good wood species, and near perfect manufacturing tolerances with everything fitting exactly as it should. This bed is very solid when assembled; no squeaks or wobbles. I took my time with the bed assembly, double-checked carefully with the provided step-by-step pictures, and had a helper to assist with the larger pieces. Assembly took approximately 90 minutes. You want to pay particular attention to the "this side up" arrows on some of the bed pieces to avoid problems. This bed is a very good value, in my opinion, and one that you won't be disappointed purchasing. Delivery to our location was in less than 2 days and arrived in perfect condition.
