The queen-sized frame will have five (5) legs with the included center bar. The center bar for this frame is used side-to-side for queen bedding. This means this frame is not recommended for use with a split (2 pieces) box spring. The legs will adjust the frame height from 5 3/4" to 9 1/4" off the floor. I'm very happy with the metal bed frame. Comfortable and sturdy. I have limited storage, so appreciate that I can store things underneath the frame (air conditioner during winter, winter clothes during summer, etc.). I attached the frame to a metal headboard, and it looks like the two go together.
