Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. The cabinet design is wonderful and came together over a few hours with minimal issue, it could be completed quicker with a second person. The only issue is that the cabinet is much darker in person and there are several areas where the paint appears to be dripping and looks unfinished. This is a great gadget for that rarely used cabinet space above the refrigerator. While you can't fit as much on the racks as you would in the bare cabinet, it's the accessibility that makes it worthwhile. Also consider that what you store must be somewhat lightweight or it won't function. I used it in a rental property for melamine dinnerware so renters won't take the good dishes outside.
