I received 2 boxes for 4 chairs. One box was perfectly fine, the other was beat up. Missing 4 screws (2 I found in the bottom of the box, the other 2 I had to use the extras) and one of the foot rests was totally crooked. I don’t care enough/have the time to reach out to get a replacement, so just leaving as is. I definitely wouldn’t call this material “leather”. It’s more like a microfiber fabric. Hopefully it cleans well because that’s one of the reasons I specifically got these- We have 2 kids so leather is easy to clean… microfiber, not so much. I love that the pictures are very detailed so I don’t make the mistake of installing something wrong. I noted several issues with several pieces out of the 576 pieces in this box. I had at least three different pieces that were bent that I still managed to put together. However there were a few other pieces where the predrilled holes did not line up properly which forced me to create at least one new hole to get the pieces to go together properly.
