Terrible. The cushions are incredible but the chair sits so low to the ground I see how it would be hard for some people to stand up. You’re literally sitting on the ground. We can return it because the shipping costs more than the product itself. My husband is going to try to make taller legs for it. Oh and it shipped in 11 boxes, of which we’ve received one. Five of the boxes got delivered to some other address and the other 5 are delayed with no estimated ship date.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 16 2026

This sectional is perfect for our smaller screened in porch. I love the look and it feels quite sturdy. The reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is bc the cushioning is very firm. It doesn’t give a comfy, loungy feel. But with lots of throw pillows it will work. Also, 5 stars to Wayfair customer service as it arrived with a couple cracked pieces which were replaced promptly.. Rebecca. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Jun 25 2026

We love this set! It was easy to put together, looks beautiful on our patio, and feels very sturdy. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cushions are firmer than expected, even after fully expanding from the packaging. However, they seem durable and practical, especially around a pool where furniture gets frequent use. Overall, this is a great value, and I would definitely purchase it again.
