Our sleeper sofa arrived yesterday and we are very happy with it! The delivery team was timely and very quick with their work. They brought it in and had everything set up within 20min! The sofa itself is easy to convert to a bed, and firm but comfortable. Really like the sofa but it is very low. I was able to purchase adjustable metal legs, casters and wooden legs to raise the seat and bed height ( about $100.00 in parts). Ideal for apartments, studios, or guest rooms!

The loveseat sofa is as pictured in the online site. I is a firm but very comfortable and the double bed works easily, offers a full or half bed and is very easy to manipulate. And the assembly team of two for this product was very skilled, affable respectful and efficient. Once I saw the assembly in progress, I am very glad that Wayfair offers this service. It would have taken me most of half a day, assuming I could complete the process at all. They were well prepaired and the total time was a total of just about 90 minutes. Great product and great service. Again, as in another review, I wish Wayfair would offer a take away service for the packaging for large and medium items. Otherwise I have to spend a good deal of time with a box cutter so the packaging will fit into the required Recycle bin for the Wednesday pickup. A local mattress store did this for me which included the old bed, headboard, base frame and the new bed packaging. And they provided this with no fee! Wayfair should look into this service for free, or discount, for medium to large item packaging.. Michael. Winthrop, MA. Fri Sep 04 2026

To unfold this sofa into a full-size sleeper, simply lift the seat part and click&clack the backrest allowing for a flat position.

The quality of this sofa/sleeper is exactly what I ordered! It sits firmer than I thought but not uncomfortable. The storage area underneath is large and a plus. The sleeper part is easy to lay out. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product. The service to assemble the sofa/unit on the other hand, was not good. The first crew did not assemble it correctly and didn’t quite seem to know how to put it together. I had to contact Wayfair as I knew it was not done right, couldn’t even sit on it! I requested them to send another crew to resembled it correctly. This took more time and effort than I desired, a couple of additional weeks. However, Wayfair made sure it was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. They listened to my concerns and made this right in the end. I will still order other items from Wayfair as they graciously corrected the issue and genuinely appreciated me as a customer.. Yvonne. Missouri City, TX. Sun Jun 29 2025
