Very comfy, almost no odor when unpackaged, fluffed up quickly. Somewhat difficult to adjust fluff levels — it’s filled it tiny shreds of bright blue memory foam, so it got a little messy when taking some out to adjust the firmness. Zipper jammed on one of them, too — cheap quality there, but after some jimmying with tweezers I got it going again. Aside from the zipper, everything else seems to be good quality material.. Pillow protector appears to be very well made. UPDATE: Washed for 1st time and found stitching on one case completely undone leaving a 3 inch hole that needs to be repaired. Seems completely airtight moisture resistant. Instructions stated to be sure pillow and protector are completely dry before zipper closed. This will prevent possibility of mold growth. Haven’t washed yet but it appears sturdy enough to resist the hot water washing that is recommended.
