Considering the price point, I thought that the overall quality of the product was solid. The instructions to build were clear and easy to follow. And it looks very nice in my pantry closet. However, one major issue was that they did not specify what drill bit to use for the anchors. That caused major problems for me, and it ended up taking much longer to install in the closet than it should have. Be careful that you don't make the pilot holes too large if you are using the anchors. No idea why that information is not included in the instructions, but it definitely should be. Love the overall out come. As far as the directions, it was ok but definitely needed to be more detailed. I was able to put this together by my self but it took a little longer than normal because of the missing details in the directions. Will I buy another one Heck YEAH. My 12 yr old daughter loves her set up. She is a beginner nail tech and has a junk case phone business. The only thing is the shelf is a bit on the pricer side but it is so cute.
