Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. Its a cheap dresser that would not stand up to hard use. But if you can use your furniture gently and arent looking for an heirloom piece, its fine. Love these drawers! Very sleek design and they fit perfectly into my closet. Something to note is the drawer depth is fairly shallow. I knew this when purchasing and it’s perfect for my socks and underwear and other small items but don’t expect to be putting sweaters or any bulky clothing items into these drawers. Downside to this purchase is it was a pretty big pain to build. Took me probably around 3-4 hours by myself. Lots of pieces and you really have to read the directions carefully. Harry 3 Dresser arrived today and the box looked a little wet and damaged in the corner, but all peices were okay when I opened the box. It took about a couple hours to put together, the instructions were good, but with one exception of the rolllerbar on the drawers is incorrectly pictured in the manuel. The roller should be at the back of the drawer not in the front. Not sure why they have this incorrectly pictured. Other than that, I am satisfied with the dresser. It looks great and is well built..
