Its a cheap dresser that would not stand up to hard use. But if you can use your furniture gently and arent looking for an heirloom piece, its fine. All drawers are dovetail construction--the top drawer feature felt-lining and bottom drawers made of cedar wood, a natural insect repellant. With all its lavish offerings, to say this traditional piece is over-the-top would be a gross understatement.
