A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. If you are looking at this chair and having some hesitation … stop now. This chair is everything that it looks like it might be. It came in 3 heavy boxes (all on time, thank goodness) and was fairly straightforward to put together. The chair is soft, comfortable, lifts to standing, lovely when flat. The charging ports on the side are slow (my mother complains) but adequate. We bought this for my 83 year old mom recovering from open heart surgery. The dark grey was perfect with their blue and grey decor. The cup holders are essential. With a small table on either side of the chair, this is a perfect captain’s chair for her recovery.
