There are so many options that I can always find something that matches how I’m feeling, whether I want something gentle and relaxing or a deeper, more intense massage. I really love that you can switch between the roller massage and the air compression massage. Both feel great in different ways, and having that option makes a big difference. The stretch feature is probably one of my favorite parts. It gives you a full body stretch that feels incredible, especially after sitting or working all day. I didn’t expect to use it as much as I do, but now it’s a must every time I sit in the chair. The zero gravity positions are also a huge plus. Reclining back like that takes all the pressure off your body and makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The auto body scan is surprisingly accurate and makes each session feel customized.
