She needs the support of the lumbar pillow but also craves the heat which is only in the lumbar area, so she’s feeling a bit dissatisfied with the chair. She calls it empty promises. It was flat on the ground in the weather, box torn, I was able to set it up right but it was too heavy to get onto the porch it was left next to. This is a great couch! The cat friendly fabric is what initially caught my eye on the listing and I can tell you it lives up to expectations in that area. I have a kitten who is constantly climbing all over the couch and scratching at it. You cannot even tell. The fabric stays intact perfectly. Otherwise the sofa is pretty comfortable.
