Really happy with this chair. It’s very comfortable, looks great in the office, and overall feels like a quality piece. Assembly was pretty straightforward, but one thing worth mentioning when installing the arms, they might look like they don’t line up at first. They actually do. The trick is to loosely screw in one fastener first, then add the others, and tighten them gradually at the same time little by little. Once you do that, everything fits perfectly.
