So far seems like decent quality. The head/neck rest is comfortable. The seat is comfortable. I'm taking away a star because the reclining leg rest only comes up like 30 degrees, so not much. And the barrel trap filter was made a little cheap. It's supposed to catch hairs and stuff so it doesn't go to the drain line, but the filter is held in there pretty flimsy.
