The 16 gauge stainless steel feels thick and sturdy, which was very important to me. It definitely does not feel lightweight or flimsy. The finish looks clean and modern, and the craftsmanship appears solid with smooth edges and well defined corners. I also appreciate that it came securely packaged with the bottom grids and strainers included. Everything was neatly protected in the box, which gave me confidence that the brand pays attention to detail.
