I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. Wayfair extended me a $20 gift card. Finally, the last assembly guy completed the assembly to his credit even though several of the screw holes did not match up.. Cornes. Chicago, IL. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back.
