It fits great in our townhome balcony! Not too big but enough for 2 or 4 adults depending on what mode it is on. Putting it together was not too hard, the only thing that threw me off for a bit was that the arm rests seemed like they were on the way when changing mode. This is such a cute folding table set! It arrived quickly and was easy to unpack and unfold. One of the folding support beams underneath was slightly bent inward, causing it not to lock in place. My husband was able to bend it back and it works fine now. It is solid wood and heavier than it looks. We have a camper van and intend to use it in the van or out while camping.
