So overall, not too bad. There are three different boxes all came on different days. The people that delivered them that was a little odd. They came in budget delivery trucks like those rental trucks. They didn’t use dollies I think cause they didn’t have any and they left the packages in my driveway in front of my garage for everybody to see so I’m glad I was home to get them. The boxes were pretty beat up the first box that was beat up the mouse and somewhat opened had all the wood so I think that’s how the damage occurred so Wayfair I would check in how you’re using your delivery service services. My cats love these. We have two now, over for each cat, because the basket is their favorite part and they don't like to share. They are fairly easy to put together. I had a little bit of trouble orienting the process to the instruction booklet but that's a me-thing. It was missing one size of screw needed to securely fasten the center box. Super cute! My cats love to chase lizards in the window and this works perfectly. I have four cats and they all love "killing" the dangly puff ball. The inside has the same faux fur as the outside. We had to cut the tension rod at the top to get it to fit our non-standard ceiling height, and we added extra brackets because our cats are chonky but the rest of the assembly was easy and forgiving. I like its small footprint. Even though it says the platforms are only good for cats up to 10lbs, my big boy is sitting on one of the smaller ones with no problem, pleased to have a high perch to intimidate the squirrels..
