I loved this chair in the photo and I love it more in person because it’s a little lighter in color in person. It was extremely easy to put together. My husband did help which made it go faster. It took us about 30 minutes and that included unwrapping all the parts and breaking down the cardboard afterwards. What I didn’t realize about the chair is that it is very wide. I’m 5’ 4” and 125lbs. but this chair could easily hold a person who weighs 300lbs. The arms are nice the way you can move them completely out of the way which will be good when I’m sewing/quilting. It moves up and down smoothly and the casters also roll nicely on the floor which again is good for sewing and quilting. The box was a little bit banged up but the chair was in good shape. I really like this chair, it is very soft and was easy to assemble. I do feel the lumbar support is a bit too low as it inflates at the hips rather than the small of the back and I also think the back leans back too much. I get a back ache because if I sit up there is no support for my back and leaning back is really more of a recline. I'm pretty sure I put it together correctly and adjusted everything I can. This chair is just wonderful. Nice and wide and has a high back. I will use it for a vanity chair because it is quite pretty. The assembly was easy except it took two people to do the seat assembly.
