Heres a detailed review. First off, the wrap on this is absolutely horrendous. After using it once, the white wrap started peeling off, I literally thought it was protective film so I started peeling it off. When I saw how hard it was to remove the film under screws and the top cap of the unit, I realized this was actually a wrap, and is supposed to have a white body not a stainless body. The stainless is super warped looking on the side where I peeled the wrap, instead of good quality steel. so it makes it look cheap. Ill leave the wrap on the side that clients see. It does want to tip forward naturally because of its design. Luckily I store hot stones in it, so its heavy and wont tip forward, but if you just use it for towels, be cautious opening the door. I think it needs more shelving to fit more. i retrofitted and old wire shelf from an old cabby to fit in there for additional storage. I love that it has a timer and can set the tempurature. I wanted something to fit 4 large bath towels to use by the hot tub but this only fits hand towels and is probably more appropriate for spa use (eg nail salon, barber shop, etc). We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. When I think of cost spent, this is probably one of the least necessary things. It’s nice to have if you take a shower during the time that is set on your timer but when don’t there isn’t much time to manually have it heat up. Plus for two towels to get much of the heat, it’s hard bc really only two spots for it to get any heat. It works great though and is nice looking. Favorite thing in bathroom is heated floors. I havent had a chance to put this towel warmer up yet as I left to go out of state. I was genuinely excited to find this warmer! I live in an old house (120yrs old), it’s so drafty even on spring nights. I popped my blanket in for 30min and when I took it out for my sofa nap..
