Love the Couch, but Packaging Needs Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this sectional! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We have a toddler and two cats, and everyone loves lounging together on it. One thing I especially love is that we were able to use the ottoman as an extension of the couch, creating even more room for everyone to relax and feel connected. It makes our living room feel so cozy and inviting! The reclining feature is great, and the overall setup is perfect for relaxing together as a family. I’m really happy with how the sectional looks and functions in our living room. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the packaging. The way the product was packaged during shipping left a large hole in the back of one of the main reclining chairs. This was disappointing, especially with a purchase of this size. Overall, I genuinely love the sectional and am happy with how it works for our family.. Alexsandra. Hanford, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026

The sofa is absolutely fabulous. It is comfortable and soft, and does not look cheap in any way. The recliners work great. I did have to adjust a couple of the locking hardware pieces because they were installed upside down, but other than that it is excellent. The backs have a small gap in them that I am not entirely thrilled about. I’m sure this is due to the reclining features and the need to match the other seats, but I don’t care for the look of the gap. Other than that, the sofa is perfect. I definitely recommend paying for the delivery service. The sofa is extremely heavy and quite large—much bigger than I was expecting—but I absolutely love it. With the delivery service, the team disposes of the large boxes it arrives in and assembles the sofa for you. They were great!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 19 2026

Love the pull out piece that acts as a small sleeper sofa. Its a beautiful ivory color which i did use scotch guard on for protection. Overall its good quality!. Nikki. Riverview, FL. Sure to play well with so many color schemes, this sleeper sectional in slate gray includes a pair of understated floral pattern pillows for fashionably fresh appeal. Choose from three sizes and three colors to find a sleeper sectional that suits your space and seating needs. Soft linen upholstery and clean modern lines complement your décor while creating an inviting place to unwind. Wide padded armrests add comfort for quiet evenings and family movie nights. The pull-out design provides a convenient sleeping surface when overnight guests arrive. Hidden storage compartments keep blankets and pillows neatly tucked away while built-in side pockets put everyday essentials within reach. This combination of thoughtful storage and flexible sleeping space makes your living room feel ready for both everyday relaxation and overnight stays.

Ultimately, this sectional turned out to be quite functional. It came with a very extensive instruction manual. Which meant lots of parts to complete; including some redundancies. The bed pull-out feature was not working correctly, but WD-40 fixed that issue. Over a 2 day period, it took about 6 hours to unpack, understand and assemble. The seat cushions are understandably somewhat firm because of the springs. Of course, due to the chenille fabric, it's nice and soft. And I really love all of the storage. As far as the back cushions go, they all looked and felt quite flat, that is until we shook them out. Instantly, they popped into place. All in all, I think I would recommend.. Quenten. Hesperia, CA.
