We got it quickly and set it up last weekend. As reviewed by others-very easy assembly. It is heavy, solid. I worry about the space between the slats being a bit wide. We have a heavy mattress - hope it holds well. I love the look! Goes well with my mid century dresser and high boy. Four center support legs provide added reinforcement to the internal structure. Plus, two large drawers underneath keep extra bedding and clothes neatly out of sight.

I purchased the queen-size version and also paid for a person through Wayfair to bring the box upstairs and install it. I have slept on the bed for 3 weeks and so far the bed exceeds my expectations. It is beautiful and feels heavy and stable. It does not squeak or move around. I placed the bed on the carpet and the drawers still move in and out easily. Drawers are made of solid wood. I have had other similar beds where the drawers are made of plastic. I am glad that I paid someone to install it because it took a pro more than an hour. I added a headboard to the bed that I purchased from another marketplace. So far, I love it and I would recommend it to others!. Raya. Huntington Beach, CA. Wed May 13 2026
