PACKAGING great- everything arrived with no damage. Nice looking bed overall and for the price it is a good deal. HARDWAREASSEMBLY came with all the necessary tools which was a nice surprise. It was fairly easy to assemble. We did end up with one screw that had too much powder coatingpaint so it wouldn’t allow you to screw the sides of the headboard in. They did not provide an extra screw to be able to swap out. Took a little effort but we were able to make it work. They provide you with 2 corner protectors but the adhesive sticks better to the red peel-off cover than to the part itself or the bed. MATTRESS we have a 13” thick mattress. If you have a mattress 11” or less it will slide right under the headboard. STABILITY a little iffy. Probably okay for a child but a teen or adult seems like they need to carefully sit down. Set aside 5 hours to build this thing. Even using power tools it took me quite some time to build. Not a fan of the drawers attaching with just a hole. I have not been able to get the bluetooth to show up on any phone to pair. My son really wants to use the app to control the LED light strip. Maybe it's defective? Edit/Update for anyone else having this issue: The instructions tell you to pair with a bluetooth "Triones" and to install happy lighting. Even provides the qr code in the book to install this app. It seems that this vendor maybe changed their light strips to a different brand. This bed is great for the price! Bought two twin beds for our young grandchildren. The wood looks really nice and assembly was easy with clear instructions. It took a couple of hours to assemble. A few of the holes where the screws went in was not complely drilled out so had to press hard to get the screw in. I used an impact drill for all the screws to go into the slats. Only concern are the slats where the mattress sits on. It is made of soft wood and easy to bend.
