These brackets are truly unique in design and function. Beautiful! I put them in a doorway in my apartment. I mounted them with Command strips. I did have to put a smear of E6000 glue on the spot where the strips went and let that dry first as the edges that go against the wall are a little porous and the strips wouldn’t stick. I returned these, but they are nice looking in person (I ended up using metal brackets instead to support my countertop bar). I chose the walnut color ones, and they did not appear to be walnut colored. Also, VERY important to know, in very fine print, it says that they are not returnable - even though on the same page on the website, in large capital letters, that all orders from Wayfair can be returned within 30 days. I purchased 6 of the 20x24 cedar corbels as part of building 3 trellis over my garage doors. I was able to custom build them all with western red cedar lumber. They fit perfect and look awesome. At 1/3 the cost of pre manufactured kits.. Karen F. Sat Jan 10 2026
