The design is simply lovely and lively. However it’s very very thin - so you would need something to lay under it - which you would need to buy separately. It’s hard to describe the feel of this rug. It’s smooth to the touch but really flat - not comforting. It’s basically there for the beauty of it. At least for now. I will say that it measures shorter than the 8x10 we replaced it with.
