Pillow protector appears to be very well made. UPDATE: Washed for 1st time and found stitching on one case completely undone leaving a 3 inch hole that needs to be repaired. Haven’t washed yet but it appears sturdy enough to resist the hot water washing that is recommended. The back seems the be defective in that 23 of it is filled with a backing but the last section isn’t. We called Wayfair because it also lacked pilot holes that were supposed to be on the bottom in each corner to put the feet on. We were given a discount because of all the issues, which was nice.
