Great desk with good quality and nice appearance. Good addition to my home office. Only flaw was the file drawers which are too narrow to place files perpendicular to the drawer, which is allowing use of the entire drawer. It is not by much, however, this requires the files to be placed a long the length of the drawer. When you place the hanging files, this way, the opening of the drawer is not sufficient to avoid having to bend them a little bit in order to hook onto the rails. This makes it very easy to scratch the wood on the drawer just above the file drawer. It is surprising that they didn’t make the drawer just a quarter inch wider to allow for normal hanging file orientation. This desk is really beautiful and incredibly easy to assemble. It does require 2 people though bc the tabletop is solid wood. Very heavy. I also didn’t realize that the one end of the table does not attach the the lower part. It just rests on top it basically uses its own weight and it stays put. The only issue I had is shipping. Wayfair said it would deliver in 2 days. I then get an email saying the dimensions are too big for FedEx so it had to ship freight and it took 2 weeks instead of the 2 days like their website said.
