This bed is gorgeous. I am used to high end furniture and was very reluctant to purchase. I am in love. Also important to note, it has worked with my pricy adjustable bed, even though it might not be intended for that. The fabric is beautiful and high end with dimension and interest. It has variety to the threading so can pull in multiple directions to match linens or paint etc. Also, the fabric texture will avoid stains and marks due to its variety and composition. Beautiful bed very well-made. It has a bit of a modern look on it with the dark wood and the light fabric, but it still works well in our transitional bedroom. It was white glove delivered, which was lovely and they put it together for us. The one thing to notice the side parts are a little wide, so you do need to pay attention. Josh & Main king bed. I don't trust this company. The bed was deliverd damaged. The box had no damage. I have heard from friends who have the bed that their beds came damaged in the same place on the headboard. It is obviously the way it is packaged. I ordered a new replacement headboard hoping it wouldn't come in damaged and a few days later, they canceled the order and said it is on back order. Who knows how long that will take and I don't trust them to make this right. I called and they gave me all kinds of awful options: They would send me return instructions meaning I had to take down the bed, box it up, and return it myself which is ridiculous and I said no; to keep the bed and they would give me a partial refund and I said no. I finally was very upset and demanded they come get the bed for free and refund my order. They said that they would put in that order which means that had been an option the whole time and I had to argue to get to that offer. I had paid for delivery, set up and the 3 year warranty on the bed. I will never order from Josh & Main and I am very skepticle about ordering from Wayfair as they told me I had to deal with the manufacturer on this broken bed and it ended up taking two weeks with many emails to finally get back to Wayfair who then helped me and made it difficult. The only detractor from this purchase is WAYFAIR itself. Their website can't differentiate Queen to King. Their email system of communication was non-existent if not confusing. And the delivery date missed. Now as for the Product, this is a good item - but that has more to do with the Manufacturer, than Wayfair. Luxurious, nice curves, low profile. The height of your mattress is an issue, get the bed first, and then adjust with the correct box spring from there. Oh - and Wayfair did allow an earlier delivery time, than other sellers, so that is a positive. PS - I hate the bate switch offer for 10% discount, when it doesn't apply to repeat customers. I was worried it was going to look cheap but looks very expensive and I love the calm feeling it brings to my bedroom. There were several other cream upholstered bed frames (very popular ones) that I considered before purchasing this one, but due to my high ceilings I needed a taller headboard and this definitely fits the bill. Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend.
