The table measures exactly what it said it would but I was surprised that it seemed small. The directions are hard to follow I wish they would put a few words in it. I put it together wrong and had to redo it. I'm going to see about adding some photos later to help others. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Everything was exactly as shown in the picture and it works out perfectly in a small unit. As I am 70 years old, it did take me one hour to put it together. But I did it myself!. Hazel. Sun City, AZ. The X-shaped steel frame is beefy and boasts a 400 pound weight capacity so you don’t have to worry about overloading it. The top surface is HDPE plastic and looks nice, plus wipes down easily. The base is super stable and the legs have non- stick foot pads th protect your floor..It’s water and UV resistant and folds flat for easy storage behind a couch or for transport in a car. the only downside I noticed was the folding mechanism is very stiff, making it difficult to snap the legs out or fold back down.
