Install instructions are well laid out and easy to follow. Two different install options, one for wood with 4 screws and anchors and one for concrete center rod install. Although hardware isn’t included, the install instructions were sent ahead of arrival in email and I was able to use them to get all required items from our local hardware store. Opted for the single center rod install and they were under 5.00 each. Bought the needed concrete drill bit and the anchoring adhesive and all of these went into my husband’s Christmas stocking which made for a few laughs and puzzled looks as he’s trying to figure out what he needed it for!Once assembled, holes marked and then drilled in concrete, used our air compressor to blow out extra concrete dust in the holes. We then dry fit everything, adjusting screws as needed to ensure the bottom plate sat flush to ground. Used the anchoring adhesive in the hole and did the final set, tightened hex nuts and put the decorative shoes over the plates. It hen beautiful sturdy results once adhesive cured.. Diane. What a great handrail which I need as I have no balance and need it for going up and down the front steps to feel safe. I included a photo of it put together and will add another of it installed as soon as the weather here in NY gets warmer and the snow stops flying. Very well made item and only took minutes to put together. Just a tip when putting together lay it on its side to attach the bottom bar, there is a baffle inside the leg bar that will slip out if not on its side, we know it happened to us, lol.
