I had just donated my porcelain coated cast iron because of its weight and arthritis in my hands and wrists, so needed a replacement. A respected source I checked rated the Tramontina Signature next to the All Clad, which was a little over 3 time more. Seemed like the perfect choice for me as a home cook. This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.
