I absolutely love this KitchenAid cookware set! The quality is outstanding, and it’s just as beautiful in person as it was online. You can see in the picture that the brown marking is where the burner is underneath. This could be a benefit depending on the dish you’re making though. I did like that the pan cooled down quickly. My other pans retain heat for so long that they continue to cook even though I lower the temperature of the burner. The pan and lid handle stayed cool while cooking.
