It has an excellent roof just overall a very very well constructed product and all the neighbors have been talking about how cute it is and how attractive it is visually. Just a excellent purchase.. perfect for the strays during colder days. Teresa. Montgomery, TX. Sat Aug 29 2026

This house is design for cats which are not able to be kept indoor in winter. Especial add heating liner so that your furry friends will feel as warm as indoor. Easy to control the temperature and heating time inside. And there is warm space for cats to play and sleep comfortably. Your furry friends will going to love it.

This is a wonderful little heated kitty house. I liked the extra thick padded insulation and heated pad. The only downfall with this cat house is that there was only one door /escape route for cats (probably due to size and construction). The little awning and flaps are good, but we taped them up as I don't think most stray cats will want to push through the strange mini car wash rubber flaps. Top opens easily for cleaning and can be propped initially for skittish kitties that might be nervous to enter into a dark space. Overall a good value and solid construction. No issues with assembly and fairly attractive.. Christy. NY. Sun Aug 23 2026

This cozy cat house is just what I needed in order to offer my neighbor cat a warm sheltered spot. My only criticism is that when it arrived the instructions advised placing it in a sheltered area, garage, shed etc. The description mentioned patios. I had to place it against my sliding patio doors under eaves to lessen exposure. It is otherwise sturdy and well made. I'm happy with it and more importantly the neighbor cat is happy with it!. Nice little cat condo. Easy to assemble . I have an outside for a feral cat and it held up through salt wind and rain. I had to block off one of the entrances due to the wind but since it has three entrances he still had a quick in and out. Anonymous. Washington. Sun May 10 2026

COMHOMA Outdoor Heated Cat House 2-Story Weatherproof Feral,Features 48°C Heating Pad,Lookout Window,Chew-Proof Cord,Dual Escape Exits,and Elevated Base

This is cheap, flimsy and definitely not worth the money. Its held together with velcro and has a heating pad. I would honestly send it back, but it is too much of a hassle. Dont waste your money.. Anonymous. Wed Oct 21 2026

Not at all what is pictured/described. Says it’s for medium to large dogs and picture shows a German shepherd, but it would barely fit a cocker spaniel. It’s also very cheaply made and not a solid structure as pictured—caves in on itself so even if it was sized for my parge dog, it wouldn’t stay open for him to go inside it. Overall it’s a totally different item than what I thought I was ordering and not worth $30, much less $80+. Kevin. Leesburg, VA. Fri Oct 23 2026

We had several feral cats that would come for food during the cold winter months. One of them picked this as his own private retreat. When I would put the food out in the morning, he would poke his head out. I was so happy to have it for him!!!. Joanne. Merrillville, US. Wed Jun 17 2026
