Pet Gates Ceiling To Floor

A metal pet gate provides a secure and flexible solution for creating safe spaces throughout your home. Designed with a pressure-mounted frame, this adjustable cat gate fits openings from 21" to 34" wide and extends in height from 75" to 98". The narrow bar spacing helps keep curious cats safely contained, while the walk-through door allows convenient access for people. Its lightweight plastic accents and locking mechanism add everyday functionality. Plus, we love that this tall pet gate helps create a comfortable environment for pets and their families.

This is likely not what many people are using this skate for, but were doing it to help socialize our wonderful new dog with my two cats, one of them is not very dog savvy. When we tried to do this with a normal baby gate, she kept trying to launch herself over it so of course, he wanted to chase her. This was the most affordable option that I could find for something floor to ceiling that would allow them to become more familiar without the potential danger that an unexpected interaction could have caused. Ive been very happy with it. The socialization is going great, and there is no way that my cat can jump over this. Its also sturdier than I expected as the pup still likes to paw at it from time to time, with no issues so far. Its very easy to open and close. This is a great affordable option!. Katherine. Its doing its job, looks simple, yet decorative. Up close, the laminate is peeling. But other than the cat, who would be inspecting it. Phoebe. US. Sat Sep 12 2026

This is currently separating my 3 cats from my mom's 2 cats that all recently moved in. Best gate ever keep them safe and able to see eachother and become familiar with the new kitties. It's easy to put up and going in and out of the gate is a breeze as there is no floor lip from the gate to trip on.. Deena. CA. Sun Oct 11 2026

The 71" extra-high gate can prevent cats from jumping over the gate and also prevents children from climbing over it. The space between the fences is very narrow at 1.37 inches, which prevent puppies, kittens or children to squeeze through or get their heads stuck between the fences. And this safety gate is adjustable in width, making it possible to safely divide areas where pets or babies should not enter, such as kitchens, entrances, or staircases. It can be adjusted to fit the space, making it very convenient.

This gate worked extremely well for us when we needed a way to keep our 3 huge dogs (1 is 88 lbs) away from our contractors. Stayed firmly in place without being screwed into the wall and was very secure when you lower the little lever that locks it in place.. Rachel. New Braunfels, TX. Sat Aug 29 2026

The height of our safety gate is 55.1 inches, thus effectively preventing pet cats from jumping out. It will be a perfect tall and wide cat gate if you have pets at home. Perfect for use in doorways, hallways, kitchens, and stairs, is the perfect solution for keeping your home safe while allowing easy access for you and your pets.

Easy to install. I bought it to block the cat from going into my son’s bathroom (she likes to do her business in his shower drain…. not that that has anything to do with the gate lol) She could easily scale the 4’ fence so I bought this gate. It’s sturdy. Has some weight to it … doesn’t feel cheap. I put it up a year ago and no troubles at all. It was a great purchase.. Kelli. US. Thu Sep 03 2026

With a super-tall 74-inch height, this gate effectively keeps cats and large dogs from jumping over, while the narrow 1.37-inch bar spacing keeps small pets from squeezing through. Designed for everyday ease, it features one-handed operation and swings open 90 degrees in either direction—and closes automatically when opened at an angle of less than 90 degrees. Installation is quick and simple, with dual mounting holes for extra stability, and it fits door frames up to 96.5 inches high. Wall protectors prevent damage to your walls, and the adjustable width (30.3–38.2 inches/30.3-47.2 inches) ensures a snug, custom fit for your doorway. This versatile pet gate is perfect for doorways, stairways, and more—keeping your pets safely contained wherever you need them.

I do love the design of this gate. It’s so tall that my kitties can’t go over, around, through, or under. I even like the way it opens to let me go through, without having to negotiate a bottom rail to trip on. It locks securely and was easily assembled and carefully packed. It’s attractive and exceptionally useful. My only concerns: My doorway was not true. It apparently is a few millimeters wider near the top than bottom, so the center doesn’t meet the same way in the top as bottom. This is not the fault of the gate, so I did not deduct a star. My other concern is that there’s a lot of plastic parts. I wish all the components were made of metal. However, since I had no problem with the metal parts during the month I’ve used it, no deducted star there, either.. Janice. Durant, OK. Thu Jun 25 2026

NOTICE:Please measure before purchasing to ensure proper fit. Important: Do not cut off the rolled strip before installation is complete! As a pet parent, I needed a gate that actually works. My clever Husky kept escaping flimsy gates, and my curious kitten almost got stuck in wide bars. This military-grade aluminum barrier solved it all. Its 1.37-inch spacing stopped my kitten’s head from slipping through, exceeding safety standards. When my 90lb Labrador charged the gate, the 4-point compression system held strong—no wall dents! I installed it in my hallway using modular extensions, then moved it to block the basement stairs. The 180° swing opens smoothly when I’m carrying groceries, and the magnetic latch snaps shut automatically. Now I sip coffee worry-free while my pets stay safely contained.

Works perfectly and it’s easy to set up and heavy duty. Love the self close and lock. I appreciate that the gate swings both inward and outward for ease of use.. Thuy. US. Tue Jul 28 2026

The pet gate offers a stylish way to keep your furry friend in safe areas of your home. This indoor dog barrier features a freestanding design that allows for easy installation in the hallway or doorway.

Very pleased with gate, and its features. Helps keep the dogs contained, and out of areas I do not want them in.. Elizabeth. Durham, NC. Thu Sep 17 2026

Is your furry four-legged friend causing chaos around the house while you’re out? Keep them confined to one room with this must-have pet gate! Crafted from manufactured wood, it features four panels with hinges so it can easily fold up for a simple storage solution when not in use. Plus, it has two support legs so it can stand freely without damaging your walls. And with neutral coloring, it won’t clash with your current color palette.

Attractive and Durable, but Needs Securing I've used this gate since December 2023, and it has held up well. It's attractive, heavy, and true to size, and I really appreciate the height. The included support feet are a nice option, although I don't use them. My main complaint is that my dogs can push the gate to the side unless I secure it with carabiners. With that workaround, it serves its purpose. Overall, I'm happy with its appearance and durability, and I prefer it to a typical utilitarian-looking pet gate.. Sims Family Reviews. Kansas. Works well. We use it to manage indooroutdoor access on a French door. It allows air through without letting the bold raccoons in.. Nikodemus. Vancouver, WA. Sun Aug 23 2026

They are easy to assemble, easy to use and they look great. Received two and ordered a third!. Debra. Hackettstown, NJ. Tue Aug 25 2026

I really love this gate. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is I wish it were a little taller. My cats figured out how to jump over it (straight from the ground), so I wish it were a little taller. We added a cardboard topper as a work around.. Jordyn. New Port Richey, FL. Sat Sep 19 2026

Pet playpen for dogs, freestanding 6 panels dog gate with walk-through door and support feet, safety fence, play yard, foldable stairs barrier, puppy exercise pen with wooden construction and wire

Wish it was a little sturdier, but overall does what we need it too and looks nice as well.. Kelly. Howard, OH. Sat Oct 10 2026

Initial thought was the solid construction. Guess I expected it to be a bit flimsy or wobbly but was very impressed. 2nd impression was of the ease of putting it together & installing it. Went up quickly & smoothly. I would have liked the parts to be marked & instructions a bit clearer but visually, the parts answered any questions I had. It's a basic set up in that regard. We have multiple cats & this is working perfectly. No more zippered screen doors with Velcro periodically replaced from broken zippers. Only issue I have now is wondering why I didn't do this sooner.. Thomas. Whitewater, WI. Wed Oct 07 2026

This door is used so that your pets do not go to places where you do not want them to be, such as not going to the street but being able to keep your door open. The instructions for assembling it are not clear at all but there are few pieces to join so you will understand how it is. In my case it cost me too much because the floor where I wanted to put it is uneven so I put it somewhere else. Its not that tall so a tall person would have to bend down. And its divided into two. I would say if you want to leave the top open but it didnt work for me, so I dont understand why the door is divided. Its functional. It looks like glass but its acrylic.. Claudia. Rego Park, NY. 30" Tall Extra Wide Baby Gate, Dog Gate for House Stairs Doorways Fireplace, Auto Close Pet Gate with Door Walk Through, 5 Metal Panels, Hardware Mounted Baby Fence Indoor Outdoor

This was by far the best thing I could have purchased . I have 5 big dogs and our bathroom is an open concept from the bedroom . I installed it so the dogs couldn’t go in the bathroom at night and it’s been a game changer. Abbey. Thu Jul 09 2026

Easy Access: Located in the center, the lock on this wooden gate provides easy access in and out while supplying security. The slatted design prevents your pet from feeling confined.

This freestanding pet gate helps section out a particular room so that your furry friend doesn't get into too much mischief when you're not at home. The frame and posts are made from wood, while black metal rails bring an understated look that blends in with their surroundings. It comes in four separate panels connected by hinges, so it can be extended or folded to fit almost anywhere in your hallway, bedroom, or living area. One of the panels acts as a door with a lock bar installed to keep it even more secure. And the best part? No assembly is required. Note: This gate is made for dogs.

Allows me to open the door and come in and out without being bombarded by three dogs. I like the latch.. Anonymous. Tue Jun 30 2026

This fireplace fence comes with 5 pieces, which provides a wide - range of protection around your fireplace.

Well made and very easy set up.. James. Rutherford, NJ. Wed Sep 16 2026

I really like this gate/door. It's easily assembled, easily portable, and versatile in that you can prop open all the sections independently. I use this as a cat gate, and I use it to isolate a section of the house for cooling just that section. Only two things I didn't like: 1) The center pole makes the opening small to walk through. While optional, if I don't have it there, it is ineffective as a gate because the cats can slip through it. 2) When using the center pole, one side or the other becomes fixed - the locking attachments require connecting one side with the center pole. Excellent choice otherwise, and very reasonable price. I bought 2 more!. Derek. Euless, TX. Thu Sep 10 2026

This was a very well-constructed piece, it just would have been better if I would have measured my doorway. It did not fit, but that was my fault, everything else about this product would have been perfect. Tami. Orleans, IA. Sun May 03 2026
