The second I set this cat bed vanity stool down, our kittens Samwise and Linus jumped in it and on it! I could not believe how pretty the wood and green leather seat were when I took it from the box. This suited our need almost exactly. I kept the door off since it’s used as a hang out instead of a true kennel. As others stated, it isn’t gray in the least but a nicer shade than a true brown. It was very easy to assemble by myself (62 yo female) except for the end when you literally have to climb inside to attach the top. Not sure why they don’t have you attach the piece with inside connects (top to sides) first and the bottom with outside connections last instead but I’d recommend trying that first.. Anonymous. Love it! It looks so much nicer than our old wire kennel. Our dog is 60 lb (shepherd but on the shorter side) and our other 25 lb and they can both cuddle in it. I would not recommend for any bigger of a dog unless you are not going to put the bottoms in the drawersare not going to put the drawers in.
