We recently purchased the 10’ x 20’ Mirador pergola from Wayfair, and it has been such a great addition to our backyard. We had been considering this setup for a couple of years, and after a windstorm took out our old canopy, it felt like the right time—and we’re so glad we made the move. The adjustable louvers are a standout feature. We can control the amount of sunlight easily, and it’s even functional in the rain since the water channels off to the sides. Pretty nice and sturdy. It comes in 7 boxes + box with screens and curtains if that’s the model purchased. I wish the assembly instructions were in box one and that the instructions told you where the hardware was, The instructions and hardware are in box 5. Make sure all parts are not damaged before starting assembly especially the key structure parts. Some of my louvers were dented but the didn’t effect my assembly. They were replaced, but it took a week to get the replacements. Wayfair and manufacturer were responsive and easy to deal with but it took time to get the replacement parts. I like this pergola but we have run into a few issues. The light button does not work so the lights stay on and the hooks come out of the sliders so you have to fix that constantly. I got this sun shade to replace an old one that was worn out. This Sun shade seems to be made well and Im impressed with the hardware hooks and cables that look really strong for when its windy. Overall, very satisfied with the finished product. Took two people to put it together in about two days. I strongly recommend that you read the instructions a few times and watch the installation video to be sure you don't make any mistakes. We installed the end caps on the louvers incorrectly and had to take them apart and reassemble them correctly. I would have given this product 5 stars, but one of the 32 louvers was damaged.
