We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. The color, style, and dimensions are as expected. It was well packaged and delivery went well. Room for improvement on the quality. The brads are not straight and go in wavy lines. They skimped on the fabric and there is one spot where they didn't have enough to fold under the brad. There is also a small scratch in the leather that almost goes through to become a tear and a couple of small scratches and dings on the legs. It appears to be solid construction although a little out of square and one leg sits a half inch off the ground, but levels out to touch the floor when I sit in the chair. Hopefully it settles square on the floor with time. It will do if you have little attention to detail, but cheap Chinese manufacturing for this price point is disappointing.. Katie. Lebanon, NH.
