Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. Just got this today, and set it up for my sister-in-law at her assisted living studio. We wanted her to be able to elevate her legs in a recliner and to be able to sleep there as well because of her leg swelling and mobility issues. This is a real quality item. Heavy, sturdy, and full-featured, with customizable heat and massage, easy to access and operate wired controls (two sets, one for the chair’s back, legs, full recline, lift and one for heat and massage). Both are really easy to use. The materials in the chair are quality with faux leather that is attractive and comfortable. The chair’s support and cushioning are superb. Assembly was easier than I expected, but still took some time. I did the assembly all by myself, but had help with getting the boxes into her studio. They are heavy (which is a good thing when it comes to furniture like this). Assembly took about an hour with a very clear and substantial instruction booklet (large pages and print which is nice for my sister-in-law to have as a reference). There are two plug-ins, so keep that in mind. Everything tested out perfectly, and my sister-in-law was able to operate it right away. The lift feature will seriously get you out of the chair in an almost upright position! Really well-designed. There are a lot of lay-flat lift recliners on the market, and I feel doing the extra research helped me avoid some poor options. This one is a keeper! Very comfortable. ++ The price of this chair (I got it on sale) was better than other chairs with lesser quality frames. My zero gravity chairs in the past have typically lasted only two years. While the mesh and attachment of the seat to the frame is pretty much the same as other chairs, this one does have double-straps which should last a bit longer. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. It did not say this anywhere in the description or I would have gotten a different chair. If you don't mind the reclining and feet up in the same motion, then it is a nice chair.. Deborah. Exactly as I expected by the description on the website. I need this type of chair for my back and this exceeded my expectations. I love the cup holders and the foot padding, but wait the icing on the cake was the eye mask and ear plugs….genius idea! I so glad I bought these and the price couldn’t be beat for this type of patio recliner!! I love it, opened right out of the box and the cushions are perfect. Some people say they are too thin, I don’t think so at all! I love Wayfair for all of my home needs! I’m a super happy camper and also they are super light and easy to fold up!
