Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. Just got this today, and set it up for my sister-in-law at her assisted living studio. We wanted her to be able to elevate her legs in a recliner and to be able to sleep there as well because of her leg swelling and mobility issues. This is a real quality item. Heavy, sturdy, and full-featured, with customizable heat and massage, easy to access and operate wired controls (two sets, one for the chair’s back, legs, full recline, lift and one for heat and massage). Both are really easy to use. The materials in the chair are quality with faux leather that is attractive and comfortable. The chair’s support and cushioning are superb. Assembly was easier than I expected, but still took some time. I did the assembly all by myself, but had help with getting the boxes into her studio. They are heavy (which is a good thing when it comes to furniture like this). Assembly took about an hour with a very clear and substantial instruction booklet (large pages and print which is nice for my sister-in-law to have as a reference). There are two plug-ins, so keep that in mind. Everything tested out perfectly, and my sister-in-law was able to operate it right away. The lift feature will seriously get you out of the chair in an almost upright position! Really well-designed. There are a lot of lay-flat lift recliners on the market, and I feel doing the extra research helped me avoid some poor options. This one is a keeper! I am rating this 5-stars based on my limited use of it so far. (If I find issues with it, I will come back and adjust the review. ++ The chair is very sturdy -- the square legs give the chair much better support that then typical round cylinder legs of other chairs. ++ This chair lays back farther than other zero gravity chairs I've had. Very comfortable. ++ The price of this chair (I got it on sale) was better than other chairs with lesser quality frames. My zero gravity chairs in the past have typically lasted only two years. While the mesh and attachment of the seat to the frame is pretty much the same as other chairs, this one does have double-straps which should last a bit longer. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. It did not say this anywhere in the description or I would have gotten a different chair. If you don't mind the reclining and feet up in the same motion, then it is a nice chair.. Deborah.
