Stand Bird Baths

The birdbath with solar light can be used as a charming decoration to add color to your outdoor garden. It is made of high-density material which is durable for year-round use.

Decent bird bath for the price. It’s a little difficult to assemble. It looks pretty but does need weight added to the bottom so it doesn’t tip easily. Now I wait for the birds.. Paula. Leland, NC. Thu Sep 03 2026

Made of high-quality ABS with a retro bronze coating, this oval bird bath resists peeling, fading, and rust, is weather-resistant for year-round outdoor use, and helps keep water cleaner for birds to drink and bathe. Its sturdy metal frame resists rust and deformation, providing strong bowl support that stays stable when larger birds land. Inspired by real ponds, this elongated oval bird bath lets you add small stones to create a shallow area for small birds while keeping deeper water for larger birds.

I really like it. It was better than I thought. Rosemary Amos. US. Mon Aug 31 2026

The birdbath is beautiful! However, it is very light weight. I had to fill it with water and use grounding stakes to hold it down…just happened to be a very windy day when I received it. My husband said it is too deep, that I will drown the birds…LOL. I will keep it because it is very pretty and will drain some of the water.. Anonymous. US. Fri May 15 2026

Sun Pottery Classic Bird Bath has a unique, strong, locking device (not plastic). All Alcott Hill® glazed pottery and bird baths are fired in gas kilns. These are significantly more environmentally friendly than the large, standard, wood-fired "Dragon" kilns used by most of Alcott Hill® competitors. The "Dragon" kilns burn a huge amount of rubber wood at each firing which is very bad for the environment and doesn't provide even firing for the product. Alcott Hill® gas Kilns ensure more even colors and better quality products because the temperature is controllable; unlike that in the wood-fired kilns. Durable frostproof construction (up to 32 degrees F.).

Wonderful addition to our front landscaping. Very attractive.. Judith. Bostic, NC. Sat Sep 26 2026

They suggest that birdbath/fountain tops not be left outside in the winter. Once the top fills with water/snow and freezes, the top may crack. All birdbath/fountain bases, bench legs, and statuary should be raised up off the ground in winter so they will not freeze to the ground surface. Ideally, a fountain should be stored indoors in the winter away from the elements. However, if a fountain bowl must be left outside, remove all pumps, rubber stoppers, drain pipes, finials, and small components, and cover the top with burlap or any absorbent material (old blanket/towel) and then wrap it with dark plastic, making sure that water does not accumulate in the basin and freeze. Fountain pumps, finials, and other small components should be stored indoors. Check the fountain periodically to ensure that the cover is secure and water is not accumulating in any fountain component. Cast stone products provide timeless beauty to your garden or landscape.

Love this small birdbath. I am actually using it for decor in the house. I think it would be just right for a location outside where a small birdbath is warranted. It is heavy and well made. You can see it is filled with pumpkins on the picture.. Deanna. Tulsa, OK. Sun May 19 2024

The shallow heart-shaped basin provides a welcoming spot for birds to drink and bathe, while the versatile design can also be used as a bird feeder by adding seeds. Its freestanding stake construction allows easy placement in lawns, gardens, flower beds, and patios. Measuring 12.1 in. L × 10.2 in. W × 34.6 in. H, it creates an eye-catching focal point while inviting more natural beauty into your backyard.

Cute and easy to put together, however, the threads were damaged so the top portion holding the water dish would not screw in or stay. I had to wrap cotton around the threads in order to get the threads to tighten and hold. Looks great in the flowerbed though. I like the top has a copper color to it.. Aimee. SC. Mon Oct 19 2026

I have been wanting this for a long time and I love it!!!. Patricia. Sandston, VA. Fri Oct 16 2026

The small three-footed wrought iron stand is perfect for rock gardens, low-border plantings, and tabletop decor. Fill it with floating flowers and candles for catering and garden parties.

I got the cobalt blue, and it’s gorgeous. However, it doesn’t sit firmly in the stand so a fox or raccoon keep knocking it over. Still, I like it very much and would buy again.. Simian. Lincoln, NE. Mon Jul 13 2026

The classic pedestal bird bath, light enough to carry to wherever the birds are. The Backyard Expressions bird bath is cast in weather-resistant polyresin with an antiqued silver finish, so it has the shape of the garden bird baths everyone recognizes at a fraction of the weight of stone or cast iron — about six pounds, moved in one trip. The 20-inch basin is broad and shallow, with room for several birds at once: robins and cardinals at the edge, a finch bathing in the middle. Ground stakes anchor the base against wind, and the hollow pedestal can be filled with rocks or sand for extra weight. The bowl twists off for a quick tip and rinse, and the three pieces go back together without tools. At 30 inches tall it stands above low plantings and reads from a window. Empty the bowl before a hard freeze and bring it in for winter, and it is ready to go back out in spring. For moving water, the Backyard Expressions solar bird bath pairs this same style of pedestal with a solar-powered fountain.

Very Lightweight, which I think is helpful for being able to tip over to dump the water out and refresh. Also, if you end up wanting to move it around the yard, it being lighter makes that a lot easier. Like other reviews have stated, I ended up putting sand in the post section while putting it together. I think it did help give a little more stability. It includes 3 stakes to secure it to the ground. Depending on the space you're putting it in, it may not feel super secure. Have had a few windier days, and it's held up nicely. If you're looking for a lower price point birdbath that has a nice look to it, this may be the new addition needed for your garden space.. Danielle. Waterville, ME. Fri May 08 2026

Make your garden area a delight for the local population of feathered fauna, this bird bath is the perfect way to attract a slew of new winged friends to your yard. This simple bowl with a wrought iron Short Stand is striking as a low birdbath, or table centerpiece. Place it on a deck or table, a pedestal in the garden. The small three-footed wrought iron stand is perfect for rock gardens, low-border plantings, and tabletop decor. Fill it with floating flowers and candles for catering and garden parties.

Delivered a day early. The birds don't seem to know what to think about it, but they are not afraid of walking under it. So, I'm assuming the hot weather will inspire them to take a dip soon.. Betty. Ooltewah, TN. Sat Aug 15 2026

If you like to wake up to the sound of birds chirping, this birdbath is just the garden accent you need. It is made from weather-resistant iron with an antiqued finish. The outdoor bird bath features a hand-painted, glazed finish to not only enhance the functionality but to also make it easier to clean. The lovely 2-tone style is sure to add an extra accent to any yard, garden, landscape, or patio.

Very pretty. Just hope it doesn’t fall over and break. Would love to move closer to a tree but I’m afraid it won’t be safe on unstable ground. Only drawback versus a heavy cement birdbath. More decorative than functional. Laura. Lothian Md. Mon Aug 31 2026

It is recommended to store in an enclosed area or indoors during cold temperatures. Add elegance and function to any garden with ease. The perfect gift for the bird lover on your list! Made of 60% clay, 35% plastic, and 5% fiber.

Needed a birdbath bowl to place on my ceramic base - to replace the broken top. Though a bit smaller than the original top, the size is proportional to the base upon which it sits & allows enough room to add flat stones in the center to provide both a landing spot as well as weight to help keep it from toppling off the base (it is, after all, quite light). It’s quite attractive & natural-looking. Very happy with this find!. Sandy. Medway, MA. Sun Oct 25 2026
