I love this chair and ottoman! The chair swivels and glides smoothly. The seat is just the right depth (I'm 5'5"). Agree with another reviewer that it is very easy to accidentally put the bottom on upside down, so just be careful about that when assembling because that affects the swivel. Love this set! I, a 58-year-old woman, put it together by myself. Some parts were a little tricky, but I did it! I suggest using a s lf-ratcheting Allen wrench. It will cut your assembly time in half, if not more. The little wrench that comes with the set works fine, but it’s very tedious tightening the screws either the wicker in the way. The furniture itself is great! Very nice looking and very comfortable. It was easy to put together. However, the set was shipped in two separate shipments. The sofa and ottomans were received on a Saturday. The chairs and side table were received on Wednesday. The sofa was missing the center support bar...a critical piece of a sofa. Wayfair and the manufacturer were quick to respond, but it is slooooooow getting that replacement. We put the sofa together on a Sunday and I contacted Wayfair that same Sunday. Monday the manufacturer said a replacement part would be shipped. Wednesday they said I'd have the replacement part by Saturday. It's now Monday and tracking shows it's in Chicago with no estimated delivery date. Can't use the sofa until we have that part. I would expect faster shipment on their error of a missing part.
