This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back. The fair is very nice once you are able to get it together. The chair part that attaches to to frame rocking part took forever to put together. Just a heads up , the bolts that come with it to put the two pieces together are two short. My suggestion is for you to go to hardware store and get 3 inch bolts instead of fighting with the two inch bolts that it comes with. This is what we had to do. Item arrived missing the footing piece for two of the support legs. Wayfair support dutifully handled contacting the manufacturer to obtain the missing parts. They arrived over three weeks later. Putting the chair together was quite easy and took less than 30 minutes. My wife is very pleased with how comfortable it is. The quality of this product is subpar. For spending almost 1k I would expect a little more. Metal that doesn’t crush or bend easily would be a start.
